TOMALES & POINT REYES REAL ESTATE
Tomales exemplifies rural serenity. About an hours drive from San Francisco, Tomales is a lax little town. Its eclectic assortment of architecture mixes vernacular houses and Italianate commercial buildings with enchanting Queen Anne cottages. Tomales Bay is well known for its oysters. Locals and visitors love to visit one of the many oyster farms for a picnic barbeque or to purchase a bag of oysters for entertaining at home.
Nearby Point Reyes Station is Tomales’ main supplier of commercial goods. It is home to a hardware store, grocery, bank, and pharmacy.
