LARKSPUR REAL ESTATE

Historic downtown Larkspur is located on the west side of Highway 101. Larkspur is a serene town home to chic shops, cafes, outstanding restaurants, and an art-deco single screen movie theater. On the east side of Highway 101 is Larkspur Landing, home to one of Golden Gate Transit’s ferry systems. It counts as one of the main Golden Gate Ferry portals and has a ridership of over 6,000 per day on the average. There is direct ferry service from the Larkspur Ferry Terminal to AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants. Larkspur Landing also blusters an outdoor shopping area that hosts live music on Friday nights. During the summer people enjoy a vivacious Farmers Market outlooking the San Francisco Bay.
