Compared to other towns in Marin the houses are priced more moderately. There are approximately 4000 houses in Corte Madera with prices ranging from $700,000/$800,000 to $2.5 to $3m. Corte Madera is also home to a wide range of architectural styles with the majority of homes representing the ranch style period from the 40′s, 50′s and 60′s architectural period. The East side of Corte Madera includes older and newer homes, townhomes and PUD’s.
